The 1st official CSR label in France

Label RSE - Note Attribuée par les Parties Prenantes - Rate A Company

Our CSR LABEL - Stakeholder rating is awarded following the evaluation of different CSR benchmarks by your entire professional ecosystem. We have simplified the criteria so that they can be understood by all, including internationally.

We are one of the few CSR organizations to have complied with regulations by having filed a set of rules offering the guarantees of a label with state institutions.

By combining a unique and official methodology, an online evaluation system and sustainable development criteria, we award a CSR LABEL that is not only recognized in France but throughout Europe and the rest of the world.

Involving your stakeholders in this assessment system also allows you to engage and raise awareness of your strategy among your stakeholders

Your stakeholders should be your first ambassadors and advocates of your success. Put them back at the heart of your business. Our tool also allows you to comply with the Sapin 2 law, which requires companies with more than 50 employees to set up an anonymous system to report any breaches of regulations.

We have different offers, from the free offer for companies that already have an accomplished CSR orientation to a SEMI-AUTONOMOUS CSR offer for those who want to evaluate themselves without too much cost and without too much commitment, a COMMITTED CSR offer +

The principle of our label in a few words

We ask all stakeholders to decide on a company's CSR criteria as presented in our online reference framework: these are basic CSR principles. During the audit, we add numerous criteria specific to the sector and to the company and its positioning, which will allow stakeholders to better understand and take on the challenges of sustainable development in support of management. This set of basic CSR principles and principles perfectly adapted to the sector and the company's CSR strategy allows all stakeholders to decide, to give a score and to comment on their expectations and maturity in terms of respect for people and the environment.

Regulation and labels

Since 2019, and a desire to harmonize the labels and avoid unnecessary proliferation confusing for consumers and citizens has given rise to a regulation that requires labels to register a regulation of use. This regulation, whose methodology has been studied by a lawyer, provides guarantees and transparency: from now on, the agency that awards the label is responsible and obliged to comply with the methodology detailed in this official document. This regulation makes it possible to fight against the labels given in exchange for a sum of money, without having realized their promises. The labels had until December 2020 to comply and file their label and the regulatory documents requested. To know if a label is official, you can type its name on data.inpi.fr If the label is registered as a guarantee mark or collective mark, it is a label. On the other hand, if the label is registered as a word mark, figurative mark or semi-figurative mark, then it is a brand like Nike or Coca-Cola and they have not filed any regulations for use.

Labeled companies that have agreed to make public all of the results of their stakeholder consultations are indicated on our site by a small pink sticker in the upper right-hand corner of their logo. Indeed, by using our semi-autonomous CSR offer or our CSR Engaged + offer, you will have the choice to make public, or to keep for yourself, all the notes and comments given by your stakeholders. When the results of this audit, conducted anonymously in neutral territory, are good, we recommend publishing these elements on our site to contribute to the online reputation of your organization.
