Supported by the DIRECCTE Rhône-Alpes, the Geiq AMS was the first Geiq in the region to embark on a novel CSR approach by seeking feedback from all of its stakeholders on every aspect of its activities and its ethical approach. This 360° approach, launched in December 2020, gave them the keys to sustainably improving their societal, environmental and economic impact in a concrete way, while ensuring that it benefits everyone working alongside them as much as possible.
“Keen to provide a quality service to our ecosystem, our organisation has always sought to improve its practices by listening to feedback. As an organisation in the social and solidarity economy, we seized this CSR approach as an opportunity to assess how satisfied our stakeholders are and to identify areas for improvement. This audit will therefore allow us to define a roadmap for the years ahead and to continue our efforts to deliver a service that meets everyone’s expectations as closely as possible.” Audrey CHAPUIS
Keeping commitments, quality of management, environmental initiatives, innovation: nearly 90 criteria from the ISO 26000 standard were put to the various professionals involved with the organisation. Its members (clients), employees, training centres, partners, investors, candidates and referrers were thus able to respond on the topics that directly affect them in their daily professional interactions.
With an average participation rate of 48.4% among the 4 profiles most involved in the Geiq AMS’s activities, this initiative attracted real interest. For the Geiq AMS, the feedback from its stakeholders and the conclusions of the audit conducted by Rate A Company are an opportunity to evolve its management for 2021-2022 and to contribute further to everyone’s well-being and interests, while increasing its economic performance.
With an overall average of nearly 4 stars out of 5, those who work with the Geiq AMS confirm the sound management of the institution and the recent positive changes made by management. In a spirit of complete transparency, the Geiq AMS agreed to the publication of the results and comments of the various parties on the public Rate A Company platform.
