A key HR, production and organisational player for the industrial trades in the Ain and Jura areas, GEP has just achieved the best score in its category across all the CSR criteria assessed. All of its stakeholders were invited to respond to this audit, and the results show that GEP places the individual at the heart of its process and builds on people to develop the area’s businesses. Being a responsible player is possible!

Keeping commitments, quality of management, environmental initiatives, innovation: more than 80 criteria from the ISO 26000 standard were put to the various parties. Its members (clients), employees, training centres, partners, investors, candidates and referrers were thus able to respond to considerations that directly affect their daily personal and professional lives.
For this CSR campaign, 400 professionals working with GEP came forward to share their views and take part in the survey. To the question “Do you think GEP plays a role in the economic development of the area?”, 93.5% of respondents said yes!
For GEP, the feedback from its stakeholders and the conclusions of the audit conducted by Rate A Company are an opportunity to take its environmental approach even further – an initiative that employees and partners in particular are expecting. With suggestions from its staff, it will also be an opportunity to go further in innovation and in the unifying role of the trades it represents.
The GEP team supports companies and their leaders on human resources matters, identifies profiles likely to join training programmes and sets up personalised coaching for employees. In this way it positions itself as a skills incubator for its area.
