Client & Tax payer

Client & Tax payer

We commonly refer to a client as someone who pays to get a good or service. Hence, if you found yourself in this situation, even if it was just once and a long time ago, you are, or were a client.

Dear government, you are no exception. Fellow citizens, you know have a platform to judge the quality and performance of the public entities!

How do I rate ?

You can start by investigating; asking your favorite grocery store what they do to contribute to a healthier environment or happier employees. It’s us asking this type of questions that little by little will change mindsets.

Another option would be to simply use your instinct young Jedi; trust yourself. And no worries! If you really don’t know, no need to prepare an essay or attend a lecture, just give it an average note ;-)

Employee & Intern

Employee & Intern

We’ll be a little more open minded than the Oxford dictionary and will include under this section all of the people that, thanks to their workforce, make a company go stronger. With such an extensive definition, it’s hard not to include the little hands that make a big difference, these courageous interns that not only serve coffee, but also serve the company’s success :-)

Workers, managers, public servants, employees, interns and all others paid by a company; you clicked the right button to rate the company rightfully so.

How do I rate ?

You are at the very heart of the system and your opinion is invaluable. It is so important that you take the time to really tell the other living souls what the company you work for is really about. Loyal employee, don’t run after a raise once you’ve rated the company; the rating is anonymous…

Investor & Partner

Investor & Partner

Ladies and Gentlemen, with you we shall conduct a more solemn tone. Using the terms investor or partner, we are referring to any person or legal entity. Under the designation investor, we refer to shareholders, funds, banks and all other persons, entities or institutions that invest capital within another company.

Partners do not necessarily invest capital but decide to work together with a company for a common benefice or to work on a common project. We have reunited both profiles because sometimes investors like to call themselves partners. It’s more chic.

Saying that, we have no intention of upsetting you, on the contrary! We love investors and partners. Actually, please come and get a coffee, we might have some business to do together :-)

Supplier & Subcontractor

Supplier & Subcontractor

You depend on other companies and other companies depend on you. To rate a company, no need to be the supplying or subcontracting company’s CEO. Each of the people that had the opportunity to interact with the client company can give its opinion. Once again, the idea is to give an honest overview of a situation so that all the different economic chains can move towards a better product or service.

You have a true valuable opinion! You are able to compare similar companies, you know which one’s the best, tell it!

How do I rate?

The questions are fairly easy, go and see for yourself! If not then we’ll have a - fairly - good intern to recommend. If as a guru of comparisons you had suggestions: send us an email :-)

Candidate & Sales rep

Candidate & Sales rep

You have just responded to a job offer and are about to offer your competences to a company, or you are offering another company to try new products or services. Either way, the result is the same: you need to sell!

How frustrating is it to get no answer after such hard efforts!

The management of candidates and sales persons should be part of any good company CSR it’s not because they are the one making the decision that they have to disrespect you!

How do I rate?

While you were applying for a job or simply selling something, you had the opportunity to search information about this company. Do not let this research go to waste and share your knowledge.

If you did not get the job of your dreams in this company today, maybe you will get it tomorrow. And who knows, maybe they will be nicer leaving you on the bench next time :-)

All others

All others

That represents a lot of people! And not the lesser. By this category, we include the dormant force that can make the difference: actors, observers and witnesses of the economic world, whether they are journalists, members of an association or syndicate, lawyers, consultants or potential clients that turned around because the company decided to ignore you.

Your opinion will give some food for thought to company managers, or at least something to nibble on for communication managers...

How do I rate?

Our initiative is based on the sharing of information: the more information you give, the better. Don’t hesitate to detail you review sharing positive feedback and constructive criticism. Above all, we also look forward to getting better, please share your recommendations!
