With a score of 4.24/5 assigned by the GEIQ's stakeholders across more than 80 CSR criteria, the employers' group in the South-West of France is part of an innovative and societal approach by creating employment in sectors under pressure, securing the career paths of its employees through access to qualification, and blending diverse populations in traditional professions.

Led by Eve TIFAGNE, the Employers' Group for Integration and Qualification (GEIQ) 46 offers its members the opportunity to welcome employees on vocational contracts aimed at permanent integration. The GEIQ team ensures a specific management of human resources, combining social and professional aspects in collaboration with trainers, associative partners, mentors, and business decision-makers.
