Isigny Ste Mere

Isigny Ste Mère is an independent dairy co-operative based in the Cotentin region, whose fresh products – including butter, crème fraîche, cheese and infant formula under the Babyboom brand – carry the AOP designation. The shareholders are the dairy farmers who supply the co-operative. The composition of the board of directors and the appointment of our Chairman are decided in consultation with all the producers, each of whom has an equal share of the vote. Isigny Ste Mère produces and distributes its products worldwide and manufactures products under other brand names. The co-operative also produces certain organic products.
