La relation-client est très mauvaise. En tant que client professionnelle, j'ai demandé des renseignements pour l'obtention d'un crédit ou d'une autorisation de découvert pour anticiper un besoin de trésorerie et des factures payées en retard. Un mois après, je n'avais toujours pas la réponse, alors que j'ai contacté par mail et téléphone le conseiller ET la directrice au moins une dizaine de fois. Tout ça pour finir par avoir un RV, mais où l'ambiance était glaciale.. Pourquoi payer une banque plus chère, qui pollue, pour n'avoir aucun accompagnement?
