Anciennement chez Biomérieux, je n'ai pas aimé leur politique salariale sous des couverts d'entreprise engagée : grosses différences de salaire entre personnes du même poste et même niveau. Très peu de formation lors des nouvelles prises de fonction, beaucoup beaucoup de travail pour satisfaire un minimum. Ambiance très inégale
