Très déçue par la marque Balibaris. Achetée aux Galeries Lafayette en me basant sur leur site, je me rends compte après coup que le tee-shirt est fait en Turquie (non en Europe). la coupe est jolie mais au premier lavage, des tâches de décolorations sont apparues partout sur le tee-shirt. J'ai contacté le service client qui me répond dans les grandes lignes "c'est dommage pour vous, voyez avec les Galeries Lafayette parce que nous ne garantissons pas nos produits mais nous espérons vous revoir très bientôt comme client". Nul besoin de dire qu'étant donné l’opacité dans sa communication, le prix élevé et la qualité des produits et du service-client, ils ne nous reverrons plus jamais.
